The location was also convenient, with easy access to popular attractions in the area. the gym facilities were excellent and much better than other hotels I've stayed at.
The cleanliness of the hotel was disappointing. The room had a damaged bath tub and towels were often missing after cleaning.

The hotel had a big, nicely decorated lobby and the check-in process was easy. The staff provided outstanding customer service, giving a warm welcome and upgrading us to an executive suite. The Coffeeshop waitress, Angelica, was one of the nicest we've encountered in our travels. The hotel had a great nightlife scene with three clubs and a rooftop restaurant. The location was convenient, with a grocery store nearby and easy access to taxis. The day-time manager was understanding and accommodating.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, just a short distance from the beautiful Jumeira beach and close to key attractions. Despite being away from the main city, everything was just a 10-minute drive away. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a clean bathroom and excellent service from the staff. The breakfast had a good variety of dishes to choose from, and the view from the hotel was stunning. the hotel provided convenient facilities and room advantages, making our stay enjoyable.
The Wi-Fi connection in the hotel was extremely poor and unreliable.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Dubai. The staff were friendly and provided maximum respect and help, especially Mr Wissam at the front desk. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent, and the nonsmoking rooms were very comfortable. The location was great, as it was close to the beach, outlets, and a short distance from decent restaurants. the hotel was conveniently located near the airport.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this place! The location was perfect, in the heart of a lively district with amazing views from the rooftop restaurant and nestled in between two fantastic clubs. The service was impeccable, from room service to car hire, with round-the-clock housekeeping and even a grocery shopping service. The hotel was equipped with everything we needed, from laundry to medical facilities, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a comfortable stay.
We highly recommend this venue to anyone visiting.
